Can you repair my PC its broken?
|

We don't repair broken PC's, Phones, Ipad or TV's.
We can provide new PC's. Laptops, Ipads, Smart Phones, Internet TV's, SKY Boxes, but we do not offer a repair service.

First hour £25 then we will let you know any further costs before hand.

If you take more than a hour what will it cost?
|
|
The first hour is £25, we will then let you know any further costs.
Most problems can be fixed in a hour, if its going to take us longer it may be due to
software problems, hardware devices, Virus or broadband line errors.
If we have to wait 4 hrs for a software update it will still only cost you £25
If we need to run cables and it takes 8 hrs we will charge you £25 per hour plus the cost of materials, but this will be discussed before hand.

I need a new parts what will you charge me?
|

If we need to replace items we will charge you cost price plus the £25 fee, we are not a retailer and are not looking to make money on selling items, we are a service company here to help.

Do you charge travelling?
|
|
No travel costs in the Swansea Area, if you require us to repair you caravan, Holiday home ect. we charge £1 per mile.
